Description
Running mingw on WinXP 32-bit. ./configure writes this line to my Makefile.local: "# HAVE_MXML_MXML_H ?= "

When I build, the linking step fails due to this line in default.mk trying to link with the non-existent mxml library: "MXML_LIBS ?= $(call PKG_LIBS,mxml)"

This patch blanks out MXML_LIBS when "ifndef HAVE_MXML_MXML_H". With this change, it links OK.
