Description
I captured an alien (Ortok). At the end of the mission the news-ticker says "You cannot process aliens yet. Alien Containment not ready in this base".

A search of the forums before I removed my main-base containment suggested this feature was supposed to be in since ~2.3, in which case this would be a bug:

None of the corpses from the mission were transferred either (I took a screenshot of my AC storage before and after - they're identical).

The AC at the other base is only 5/10 for live aliens. I captured 1 alien alive.
