This should fix the endless loops in AI_FighterCalcBestAction() that arised when the AI chose to attack a stunned actor.
This doesn't include any adjustments to the AI algo ATM see below
A malus to shooting stunned actors should be implemented, the AI should prioritise other targets in my tests it seems to even prioritise stunned actors instead
The code doesn't adjust aiAction_t::z_align thus if a stunned target is chosen the AI keeps shooting repeatedly right over it without hitting
The use of ent->TU in the AI code should be checked, it seems that G_ActorUsableTUs() might be best in some cases
