Many important resolutions were missing. This patch adds all of the common resolutions to the video menu.
The reference used was this:

This patch is tested & working.
Known issues are the 'changing resolution bug' that you already are aware of & that the list is very long when all ratios are chosen & some resolutions are displayed 'out of screenview' in low resolutions, but this happened before this patch also & that was the reason the 'ratio-chooser' was invented in the first place afaik...
I also enhanced the comments & added the names & ratios of the resolutions there, maybe we could present this info in a mouseover pop-up also in some future versions ;)
