The function R_ModelAutoScale change the mi.center. The patch fix again center to 0. I dont know if we must do like that.
It is easy to test a radar in the border of the glob. The radar must be fully outside (because the footer must be on the floor).

I only test the 3D geoscape.

with this patch R_Draw3DMapMarkers is called for 2d geoscape, too - this isn't correct imo.

i've applied the model position patch from r_draw.c only in r28281
