Since we will want randomspawn on in almost every single map we have, can we make the default setting on? Then if we don't want it we can turn it off in Radiant. +hills is missing it and I really don't want to open 37 files, browse to the worldspawn entity, add the key and set the appropriate value. Especially since I know there are probably a dozen more maps that need it. It will be one of those tasks that haunts us and never gets done. And then we'll add a single tile to a theme and forget it and it will mess up the whole RMA and then I'll have to open dozens of map files just to find the one that is missing the key and, well, you get the point.

I'm hoping this is fairly simple. It looks like it's just /src/game/g_client.cpp, line 969. But I don't know if level.randomspawn exists if the key is not set, and whether that means the code will read it as FALSE.

we should rename the randomspawn flag to fixedspawn or something like that and remove the setting from all maps.

reverted the logic and introduced norandomspawn
