IMO the alternative UI is superior for overview ability to the regular one. It however misses 1 feature I'd like to see, the stats of the actor. At least for me it's often hard to remember which actor is good at what by name alone.

To not add more clutter to the normal visible UI, maybe it could be implemented as a toggle button on the inventory page?

This is already implemented.
It is hard to find though.
I will upgrade the tooltip for this.
You can activate actor stats by right-clicking on the actor model on the right side of your screen.
