After starting a campain the options in the options
screen are no longer accessible (not change audio and
video settings). Instead, "New Game"/"Neues Spiel" is
offered, which does not make sense as long as a game is
still running.
From Battlescape it is still possible to access
options->options.

Thanks for the bug report. It is very useful to have these
issues documented as otherwise these things may never get fixed!

Trunk SVN revision 4552 changes the menu system to add a
real options menu to the "Geoscape options menu" as well as
removing the "New Game" button.

4552 will be merged to the stable branch soon (assuming it
tests ok).

PS: The feature-enhanced menu extension code I introduced in
4552 should make it easier to customize the menus now, so
further menu UI improvements might be a bit easier in future.
