Typos that bug me too much :)

* Productionlimit --> Production limit.

* Productiontime --> Production time.

*Display a percent of completed production in base summary, not a 0-1 fraction.

thank you very much - i've applies some of your changes (not all - adding a dot to all the msgids results in the need for all translators to touch the sentences again)

the only thing left is the production stuff in the base summary - but instead the proposed patch you send, we should use the same functions that we are using in PR_ProductionInfo
