Can only recruit a maximum of 19 personnel for each of the 4 types, soldiers, medics, workers, scientists. I think this should be 20 not 19.

The daft thing is that the personnel list should not be shared between all bases, you should have a separate recruitment list for each base, because otherwise it takes absolutely ages to research anything.

It should be possible to have multiple bases each with a separate list of scientists, soldiers, medics and workers to work on producing & reserching multiple items.

What is the point of building more that one base, other than to increase radar coverage?

If you have 19 scientists all in one base, you then cannot recruit any more scientists. But of course the aliens equipment is getting better and harder with each mission and you are SO lagging behind and this makes the current game really hard to play.

For example, after researhing alien armour there is then a sub-research topic of nano-composite armour. With just 19 scientists this will take a whopping 20+ days to research. In UFO terms this is ages.
