No option to re-equip or equip aircraft with alternative weaponry. In release 2.1.1 you cannot select the aircraft and change its equipped weaponry away from the basic cannon.

There are a number of choices for alternative weaponry in the UFOpedia but you cannot amend them. It is just as well that the game engine doesn't have any UFO's that are allowed to be intercepted, otherwise my interceptors would be in trouble!!
