This issue came out after i got shot many soldier and had to re-equip all my team with the usual equipment i'm giving them (primary weapon + ammo + secondary weapon + armor + grenadeS). Because this is not the most exciting part of the game and clearly a very boring one, i thought it would be great if the game included equipment profiles that you could select to auto-equip your soldier with that profile.

An example of equipment profile could be:
sniper
sniper rifle + 1 ammo in belt + 2 ammo in backpack + 2 grenades in belt + 1 pistol in sidepack + medikit in backpack + armor.

Good! Much like the Buy menus in Counterstrike let you micromanage each item, or you can have a mapped key to purchase all one's gear.

Good feature, this would make the game more playable. Rather than playing soldier barbie dolls... ;-)
