The Tooltips for selecting every soldier
in HUD and AltHUD show the same text "Key 1".

Also, some of the buttons don't have tooltips yet,
e.g. "show next alien" in HUD,
and "inventory" in AltHUD.

I think I managed to fix that wrong-key tooltips values, however I would like to get as much feedback as possible about missing tooltips. Which tooltips are missing for you and what would you like to read on those (e.g. "show next alien" - missing both standard tooltip and keybinding tooltip).

r4940 fixes wrong keytooltips for soldier selecting, missing keytooltips for nextalien for both huds and adding proper content for tooltips for all three modes of reactionfire. I can improve tooltips more, if anyone give me a feedback what else should be improved.
