when starting a game, I always have to go first
and buy more equipment to outfit my team.
It would be nice to have sufficent items right away
for any team that might be generated,
without having to go back and forth to purchase
some more stuff.

So I made some tweaks to the initial equipment:
two of each weapon, plus two ammo for each of them
(one loaded into the weapon, plus one extra clip).
3 instead of 2 assault-rifles (because it is
the most useful general weapon),
2 grenades and 1 knife per soldier.

5 rockets for the rocketlaunchers
(1 loaded + 1 in belt + 3 in holster),
4 pistols (for 2 men with dual pistols,
or to distribute as second weapon to snipers etc.)

Please test RC4 and comment if the current setup --- weapon
scarcity at the beginning --- is fun, or not. If it's fun,

4 Flamers is too much --> reduce to 2 or 3,
and they have no reloads

Only 1 Sniper-rifle is not enough --> make that 2 or 3
also no ammo for reloads

Assault-rifles: reloads missing

3 RPG, but only 13 rockets --> make that 15

Only 3 armor: you want to force the player to waste
his soldiers with bad attributes ?

The automatic assignment of weapons is mostly unusable
--> creates more work checking/removing/re-arming

Also, scarcity of equipment takes away choices
from the player --> less fun.
