When the Alien Electronic Warfare Suite is recovered, it does not spawn a research proposal mail. Only a event log message that the research is available is generated. Likewise, upon completing the research, no result mail is generated. Since the Ufopaedia articles already exist, this should be trivial to correct, however.

Here is a research.ufo file with the bits of code added to generate the mails when the research becomes available and upon finishing it. However, I'm not sure whether changes have been made to research.ufo since January 19th (or probably earlier, since there's been trouble with the nightly builds), so it's probably better to apply the change directly at the source.
