Description
[http://sourceforge.net/p/ufoai/bugs/3437 Item 3437] imported from sourceforge.net tracker on 2013-01-28 20:10:24

I had a panicked soldier who I could move around in my turn just like any other soldier. He was in the panicked pose and after I moved him he went back to the panicked pose, but he seemed to be able to act like a normal soldier during my turn.

I'm assigning this to you, DarkRainx, since you deal a lot with the battlescape, but I know it's not something you've looked at before. Maybe aDuke or someone else with some experience of the battlescape can figure this one out.

I remember that a panicked soldier is temporarily turned to the AI's control, it seems the AI isn't using all the soldiers TU for that turn, maybe they found a good (for the AI anyway) hiding spot a short walk away (or even decided the current spot was spot-on :D), so what is the expected behaviour in this case, nuke the rest of the units TU, or just disallow user directed actions?

Actually, G_MoralePanic already kills the panicking actor TU after AI is done with it, that's odd...

And, G_MoraleStopPanic missed sending the new state to the client, so the actor stopped its panic server side, but the state wasn't cleared client side until the next turn, should be fixed now.
