On loading/starting new game some geoscape sounds are played. Which sounds are played depends on the situation of the geoscape (ufo spotted etc)

It seems that sounds for recent events in events history are played at once on game load. You can hear UFO spotted sound without any UFO visible but for sure you have some in history.

So, it was getting on my nerves loading saves for a campaign that already had a base attack (and thus would play the basealert sound every time), so I disabled playing message sounds when loading a save, that should fix this, but now loading a game seems too silent...
Anyway starting a new game still plays the sound for the messages that are added at the beginning of the campaign, but I think that's Ok.
Also, I didn't remember there was a bug report about this until now
