Gave full permissions for "Everyone" user.

1) When I launch the game After first splash screen (progress bar show no progress btw), screen goes blank and when i click any buttons game exits to desktop and in Event Viewer it reports as "Application Hang".
2) If I launch game with compability mode set to "Windows XP" then in the splash screen progress bar show loading progress and then Intro Video starts and stops and stays like this indefinetely. Only CTRL+ALT+DEL and Ending progress from Task Manager.
