Currently playing one campaign and with all last savegames I cannot hire/fire scientists on one of two bases.
Reproducible crash scenario:
- open game
- enter second base (in N.America)
- click employees
- click scientist
got signal 11 after a second or two.

Another scenario:
- open game
- enter second base (in N.America)
- transfer 10 scentists to first base (in Asia)
- open employees, scientists - it doesn't crash
- there are three scientists, click second (Keiko Qian), it causes crash

Looks like video driver don't like one of models (that with red-brown hair, I've checked on Windows)

game is 2.4 release, sources from sf.net (2012-04-24), self-compiled, ufoai-2.4-data.tar from sf.net
system is CentOS 6, Pentium-4, ATI R430 [Radeon X800 (PCIE)]
campaign was initially started on Windows but then last save transferred to linux and continued on linux version

Please recheck this, I cannot reproduce the issue eitherway. Maybe it was fixed along with the worker skin bug...
