Production time calculating not correct after changing number of workers. U should exit from base and unpase for recalculating.

Way to reproduce:
go to base -> production.
start something. remember production time.
Go to employees and deselect or remove some workers from this base.
Go to production and check time. It dont changed.
Exit from base, unpase and go to base again to check time. Now its recalculated.
