Reproduce:
Open "Message settings", scroll down a few lines, close with Apply or Cancel, reopen "Message settings".

Problem:
The checkboxes for display, pause and sound are in the same positions as when last viewing the window scrolled down. This means that the wrong checkboxes show after an item and sometimes category names get checkboxes.

Workaround:
Scrolling down and up again, or collapsing a category redraws the checkboxes in the right positions.
