Confirmed on a build from 2012-01-07. Saw it in +oriental harvester yesterday.

Those 'White, pyramid-shaped objects' are used to mark lights in UFORadiant. They will not appear if there is no light on the map.

lights? aduke suspected door entities. but lights is possible, too - they should be removed in the spawn process

Narrowing down the problem (observations):

1. Just 1 double-pyramid rendering is visible per map or RMA (looks exactly like the light symbol in UFORadiant)
2. The double-pyramid is always rendered at ground level (0), so just the top part is visible
3. You can find the bug on all maps (probably because all of them use lights)
4. The buggy door entities are drawn in the exact same spot as the double-pyramids are so those bugs seem to be intertwined
