On the MAP pipes_const: Seven of the soldiers are on level 3(surface) but one is on level 1 in the middle of the dirt, unable to move etc.

The actor's circle is just below the pointer.

Spawns there...every time. I tried returning from a saved game and also the 'Retry' button. Often a different soldier but same result.

I have the save game set aside.
