For me it looks ok, also - I have investigated this issue nevertheless:

I can confirm, that the map was rendered with the same settings and in the same session together with the other new basemap shots.

Maybe the lighting is a bit different on this map tile, I had no time to check in detail.
Adjusting the basemapshot with GIMP would be the wrong solution - if we really want to fix this issue the map itself and especially the lighting has to be changed.

But it looks fine for me also, so...
