What happens:
I was using game build from http://ufoai.ninex.info/forum/index.php?topic=2830.660
ufoai-2.4-dev-1301086950-Debug-pentium3-O1-sse-7z-full-win32.exe
ufoai-2.4-dev-Update-1301086950-to-1308233728-Debug-pentium3-O1-sse-7z-small-win32.exe
But downloaded nightly build full Windows installer from here: http://ufoai.ninex.info/wiki/index.php/Download (27 June build)
Now all my SAM sites won't auto target UFOs that are flying over them. I did try to reinstall their weapons, but that didn't help. If I target by hand, then they fire. Finally I decided to destroy most of my SAM sites and build again in EU territory. Out of around 9 SAMs, one is UFO yard when I click it, one is radar station and one had its weapons installed from the start, but doesn't work. Others now autofire as they should. How do I fix this save?

How to reproduce:
I attached my savegame. Check SAM sites around EU.

maybe related to the installation limit? some hard coded loop variable?

should be fixed for 2.4 imo

It was two bugs: the autofire, the mixed installations. Both due to the structure change. However the second wasn't really my fault. They're fixed in the latest master.
