The space items take up in inventory has been broken and items now take up far more space than they should. Buying up all available sparrowhawk missiles in the market and then simply equipping your team on the firebird will cause inventory space to run out, while in the past this has not happened. For example, the Rocket Launcher heavy weapon takes up 250 points of inventory space, meaning that 40 rocket launchers is enough to completely fill up an entire storage building. The bug appeared sometime before June 20th 2011, probably between June 15th and June 20th, because it was present in a build compiled on 20th.

Assigned to geevr, as per mattn's instructions. I took the liberty of changing the priority to 9, since right now this is essentially a game breaking issue.

If anyone can send me a save game with everything or nearly everything researched, I can update the spreadsheet and see if researched items are also bugged. I don't have a save of my own currently.

Size of assault rifle and rocket launcher was last changed at 2009-04-28, no sooner. Maybe item sizes are odd, but then they were all the time since 2009.

Geever found a bug in the code that makes initial equipment counted twice at campaign start. Downgrading bug report. Item sizes are correct, though a lot of them should be adjusted to more realistic sizes.

Changed the subject of the bug to the only bug I've found and fixed.
Individual item sizes will be revised if needed, I've added such a task to our release tasklist.
