it would maybe be a good idea to use the chatscreen from the waiting menu somehow

messagesay and messagesayteam console commands do not exist anymore - so we have to implement an input field anyway.

The misaligned button has been fixed.
The same goes for the double rendering of the chat buttons on all HUDs.
