When turning on realtime lighting all blended surfaces show something that looks like z-fighting.
When turning off realtime lighting (no normalmapping anymore) everything works as expected & the z-fighting disappears.

The map shown there is +city, but the problem exists on all maps which use the material system to blend surfaces or to show animations...

Sandro: Reason is the z-fighing due to polygon offset applied to the incorrect rendering mode (should be FILL, no LINES).
