maps-sync (maps.mk) is broken.

as a sidenote: do we have to the game version as parameter there? to be able to support maps-get for future versions?

Fixed

For the version,
* i only extract it from the source code, and i only use it ATM to generate the map repository. To remember the command on ninex, i create ~/ufoai/generate_map_repository, this command work for any branch (while u execute from the root of the project).
* For the update part (client script), i dont do it cause i think we should ask version from ./ufo binary, but ATM i think there is no command for it (something display the version and exit). Or you think user of this tool will anyway have source code, then we can use the version from the source.
