Number buttons greyed out on the in-base equip menu after adding sordiers to the aircraft.

Reproduction:
1) On a new game remove for example six soldiers from the craft.
2) enter the equip menu, see only two soldiers on craft, 1,2 buttons enabled the rest of them disabled
3) add 2 more soldiers to the craft and open the equip menu again
There are 4 soldier names, but only 1,2 buttons enaabled the rest of them are disabled.
If you click on 3rd, 4th name it's button get enabled again.

The opposite direction works, if you remove soldiers the buttons which should get disabled.

I've experienced this in master but it was also reported on 2.3.x.
