When quit UFO:AI the console doesnt close and shows the following message:

Error locking mutex 'memory' from D:\UFOAI\ufoai\src\common\mem.c:173 (Couldn't wait on mutex)

Also when i press the quit button the console doesnt close (you can only close the it by terminate the ufo.exe through the task manager) and this message appears furthermore:

There are still 1 opened files

Cmd_RemoveCommand: dir not added
Cmd_RemoveCommand: fs_info not added
