the configure script does not check for the presense of the package "p7zip".
When it starts to compile the pk3 files this results in "make install" / "make install_complete" / "make install_data" to Fail if the p7zip package is not installed.

p7zip is not used anymore - i've added a zip check but the makefiles are not yet using these variables.
