When the map loads, it gets to 100% but then seems to get stuck at "Awaiting game start (0)"
A number of mouse clicks will cause the program to exit. I have no idea what is wrong here, and none of the other bugs reported seem to resemble this.

I got this too .. when asking forum it seems like a problem mit RMA (Random Map Assembler?) . Could you please say on which map that occured? Was it oriental?

It happens on any and all maps. I tried skirmish as wellm, the same thing happened there.

i got the same problem, the game stuck at "Awaiting game start (0)" but only sometimes with the wooden bungalow map in campaign. It happens for me with the offical 2.3 and with the update to rev 30745.

execute `logfile 2' command from in-game console* (sets logfile auto-flushed), reproduce the issue and attach ufoconsole.log** here please.

i have the same problem. the game hangs at "Awaiting game start (0)" most of the time and I end up using task manager to get out. very occasionally it will load, although never on fullscreen. i've attached the ufoconsole.log below. i've no idea what's relevant, so i've chucked in the lot. sorry.
