There are several windows in base management interface where can be seen some strange red dots.

- near "equip soldiers" button on Firebird
- in Transfer equipment window

And you think it's not intentional? :)

It's called @todo node, a widget tells us something should be implemented/fixed on that UI. If you focus on them with your mouse you can see why they are there. Of course they will not be visible in the release version.
