noticed in r28506, broken for like 3 days:

the hotkeys (and buttons) for selecting soldiers doesn't work during a mission. The chat just spawns messages like select_soldier_1 (button 1) or select_next_soldier (TAB hotkey) or something like that.

please delete the keys.cfg in
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\UFOAI\2.3-dev\base
or if your in linux, the place where the settings are stored and re-test
