Running on windows XP Pro, 32 bit
Video card 6600 GT, with latest Nvidia drivers
Running SVN version 28181 (but noticed similar errors on revisions at least as far back as 28069)

In battlescape started from a campaign, when I click on the shoot button, the assertion error attached pops up.
