I saw this discussed in forum http://ufoai.ninex.info/forum/index.php?topic=3162.0. But I do not see any conclusion if/when it will be fixed. When alien is located at 2nd floor of Harvester it cannot be eliminated so mission cannot be finished unless I give up mission and loose all squad.

I have r24498 on Linux

It is common problem at least in farm map. It worked fine in past.

should be fixed in current trunk for the harvester in africa and the other maps where the harvester is used.
