the harbour07 stuff is fixed in current campaign.ufo - mixed
british and american english.

The first bug is still reproducible, but not easily. I tried
with "map office06d", I even packed lots of soldier with
lots of weapons and shot many particles, and only once in
several times I managed to get that error. Aliens and
civilians showing up many at a time helped, just as shooting
huge-paricle weapons. Some MAX_* constant seems to be
exceeded, perhaps MAX_TILES_SOMETHING? We could set it to
half its value and see if the map crashes reliably...

Actually the source of this error may be 100 occurences of

"particle" "null"

in the map. I have no clue, but if it's 100 (trivial)
particles spawed every second then you get too many tiles
indeed... And this may be at least the cause of "Too many
paricles" I once got on this map (addmitedly, I hacked a
weapon to spawn 300 particles for testing, that time).
