Hmmm, this building looks realy strange for power plant (stairway and few tables?) - no powerplants like nuclear reactor or diesel generator (engine) and no control panels.

Please see it in game. But perhaps this screenshot is indeed misleading... How to improve it (or the map and it's models)?
