Bugs in stable version (2.5) / Disappearing weapons

A new bug seems to have been introduced in the last day or so.  I've had all of my plasma rifles disappear between missions on one occasion, and on another all of my plasma pistols disappeared.  These items were all present on one mission and then gone by the next.  Unfortunately I've overwritten the log file but I have attached a save game - Base Libya still has 30 clips of ammo for the plasma pistols but no pistols.

As the title says, I've got a terror mission on the office map and every time I try to land, it loads the map and then crashes straight back to the geoscape with the error:

I'm running 2.5Dev compiled last night.

This isn't really a bug, but the base UI is pretty screwed right now - I think it was probably this commit that did it. 
I've attached a couple of screenshots to illustrate the problem - essentially the list items are now over-separated and controls are over-sized.

I'm using the nightly build dated 22/10/12 on Windows 7 64bit and found a rather unusual bug.  A harvester decided to attack my base so I equipped my troops but then no matter how many times I clicked on "Enter" (to start the battlescape) nothing happened.  According to the log, no mission was selected.  I've attached the ufoconsole.log and events.log files.

As always, my system is Windows 7, AMD Phenom II X3 720, 4GB RAM, ATI 4850 GFX.

Found another bug...

It seems that my soldiers are stuck to ground level.  I cannot go up any stairs.  
This has happened to me on a level called "The Gate", the African suburb, the Hills and crashed harvester maps (all the maps I've played since I noticed this).
It affects level changes in ships (ie stairs in the Harvester) and also changes in landscape (ie cannot even get to the harvester in the Hills map).

It affected my game compiled on 1/1/11, and also a game that I compiled 30 mins ago using Mutons script with the "clean" and "download" map options ticked.

As always, my system is Windows 7, AMD Phenom II X3 720, 4GB RAM, ATI 4850 GFX.

Bugs prior to release 2.4 / Never-ending alien turn

Hi all, found a new problem tonight:
I was in the battlescape and it was the aliens turn, most of them moved (one didn't) however the aliens turn did not finish. I waited for ~2-3 mins but it still did not end. So I went to the main menu to exit the game, but the game then froze on me. I ended up having to kill it via Task Manager.

Don't know if it's relevant, but I had previously stunned an alien and subsequently shot him with a needler. A message something like "state not changed" (or similar) showed up in the top-left.

System: Windows 7, AMD Phenom II X3 720BE, 4GB RAM, ATI 4850 GFX.

Edit: Should have stated that I am running a build that was compiled late on 01/01/11

Hi, a couple of bugs in the latest version.
The below issues did not affect a version that I compiled on 19th December, but do in the latest (compiled about 2 hours ago).
My system is a Phenom II X3 720BE, 4 GB RAM, ATI 4850 gfx card and running Win7 32bit.

Firstly, the loading screen when I first start the game does not appear.
Secondly, the battlescape fails to load, I cannot even auto-resolve missions.

I've attached a log from a game where I simply loaded the game and flew directly to a crash site.

Sorry, I don't have an account on Sourceforge.
