Any progress on this?  My download of the new 2.4 stable release is doing what looks like the same thing.  Mac OSX 10.6.8, crash report can be found at http://pastebin.com/gezGZBsY

Woohoo, downloading now.

Going to take about an hour, so won't get to try it out until tomorrow.

Edit2:  So I couldn't sleep, and it went faster than expected.  However, it crashes immediately on trying to launch.  It is trying to load libcrypt something or other.   I am installing Xcode to see if that will get the libraries.

Is it going to replace the existing file on the server, or be a new file?

Hi, I'm new here.
I played version 2.1 for mac some time ago.
I came here to remember this fantastic game, thanks to the launch of a new version of x-com market. But I'm having problems with version 2.4 for mac usurers.
The program closes with this error when loading. After several attempts, I tried the same version for Windows, to run with wine, even knowing about the need to change the engine because the mouse would not work. A pity that the portingteam site is down at the moment. Otherwise I'd be playing = P

So I'm downloading the installer for testing and will provide feedback on its operation.

tnx

Start the game with +logfile 2 parameter and post the log of it. Your log seems to be truncated...
