Bug(?): Interception temp. not possible

Hello. Congrats to this game. Discovered it yesterday.

Bug? abstract:
Interception did work with equipped stiletto the first time. Does not work in current game state. Savegame available with target at very close range ("1 cm") of primary base.

Remarks "did work":
No problem, except that bishop is right: It works with (0/1). The stiletto has been equipped with two shivas and one rocket-launcher in nose.

Changes==> does not work
Received first funds.
Bought some additional ammo. Bought a target computer and a ECM. Equipped stiletto. Done.
Built second base. Second base is under construction. 2nd base is listed in interception screen (there's no ship and stuff, but it is listed) in the right column.

Bug:
Can't send stiletto to intercept. Can send Dropship, however. Target is "supplyship". State is "at homebase", or, if launched, "idle". Still can't send if launched anyway.

Testings:
Reload means return to savegame.
In case the changes required time to be equipped/unequipped i just waited for the next UFO.

* Checked ammo, fuel etc. Nothing seems to be missing. Can't say exactly, didn't manage to find another view beside the "equip" screen. Reload.
* Did assign soldier (1/1). No change. Reload.
* Took out ecm/target comp. This stiletto-configuration worked once. No change. Reload.
* Combined both. No change. Reload.
* Waited until 2nd base construction is complete (some ingame "days" to be stepped over; took a while and is annoying 'cause every scan on radar will "5 sec" again). No other changes! No name changes. After completion 2nd base i can send the stiletto from first base again, at least once. Reload.
* Changed names of bases to 01, 02. Can send the stiletto from first base again immeadeately

Conclusion
1st: Incomplete secondary base somehow prevents from starting stiletto from primary base.
2nd: It depends on long names as well (multiline-problem on names?) Make the 1st conclusion look strange.

Savegame is available with close target for testing. Maybe i misunderstood something?

You understood everything :)
I forgot this bug, that may be the problem others encountered (sorry :()

Talking about aircraft bug, there's another known bug for aircraft: particle beam can not be used (you can't shoot with it).

Been having a somewhat similar problem.  Once I loose an interceptor from a given base, it's replacement will NOT appear in the Intercept screen.  Will try starting another Standard game and see if it repeats, but was consistent through my first Standard game on 2.2.
