I didn't found these bug report, so I report it.
I was doing a research with 30 scientist on 33 avalaible, because I had only 30 laboratory space. So I decided to build a research base elsewhere. When I finished to create the base and his needed building, I transfered 3 scientist from my main base to the research base. But, the game did'nt transfered my 3 jobless scientist, he transfered 3 working scientists. And then, I can't anymore do research with 30 scientist on my main base, because the space used by the 3 scientists is used all time, even when I'm not doing research (I have 0/30 working scientists, but 3/30 space used on the laboratory).
