UFO Crash at lauch (2.2 branch - rev 13597 - 2007-12-16)

I downloaded ufoai-2.2-dev-win32.exe version 2007-12-16
from http://mattn.ninex.info/?page=Download

The install (on WinXP-Notebook) went without errors,
program started, I could start a new campaign,
but then geoscape came up with a blank worldmap.

Closer examination revealed that the dl-file was only 323 MB
instead of the announced 400 MB, but the installer did not
detect this.

Also, I want to suggest putting the date and/or revision-number
into the filename, and maybe also create xdeltas ?

please try to redownload - the installers are updated
