Equipment/Proposed/Decoy Emitter

The Decoy Emitter will project an image of a Soldier/Civilian in order to attract and distract an alien species. This could be benefitial in ambushing or drawing out stubborn enemies. Could also be set to produce pheromones/sounds to increase effectiveness of the emitter.
