Official Description

This shield is larger than the Simple Round Shield, still one-handed but slowing down moving speed a little. The tungsten-copper alloy give protection against small and medium weapons, like Plasma Rifles.

Battle Implications

Reduces hit probability by 60% (standing)/90% (kneeling). Damage of small and medium weapons is absorbed, large weapons damage is reduced. Effectively, armor protection is increased.
