Very cool detailed map.

But I have one question.
I am on the map "mansion" do not have a fountain. Instead, only a black shadow.
Why might that be?

I have the same problem as you solved it?
After pressing "OK" all downloaded data remove. :'(

All is well. I got it manually using the Mingw git and wiki ...

I think another issue here. In the area of the map allowed walking, and it should be disabled.
IMHO.

When scrolling or rotation map (+hills and +city) I have problems with correct display graphics (road markings). When GLSL disabled - all good. Is it associated with low FPS (17-20)? But poor line markings are shown only.

I am feeling with you, but afair your problem is hunting you already a quite long time. Or did you get it to run after you last posted problems ?
Which is the latest version you got running ?
No, I try to run the game somewhere else with version 306xx. And all the same.
Now try rev.30931.
