Newbie Coding / makeunder chroot and multi cpu

I am not sure if it chroot issue or make issue ...
I have binded in my chroot /proc/cpuinfo  and cat /proc/cpuinfo shows correct information, but "make deb" it still uses only one core from 4 I have, and doesn't matter what -j number I use.

May be I chrooted something wrong, I would use any help :) I digged the web, and nothing useful I could find, besides that someone had same issue with BIND under chroot..

I used to compile it without chroot and it was just like a meteor speedy :) now on fresh install I decided to make a deb under a chroot, and now it compiling on an old turtle speed, and it's SO annoying... :(

When I pick one, the pointer is just switched to a plan cross, and I can not fire, when I click into fire type field again it resets to default type (for sniper riffle  resets to snap shot for example).
Compiled fresh version for linux (Debian) from 10 Feb.

I would post it on bug tracker but I can not find it... l;ost the link, and ufoai.sourceforge,net just redirects to here...

Ahh, thanks to all working now...

Btw, I never did that before make clean-pk3 and deleting pk files in usr/local... That could be source of bugs I faced in previous time I guess.

I have not updated things in ages...

So I just did things like I was doing before...
git pull, ./configure, make clean, make blahblah, and make install..

I guess I missed something?

it's for 2.4, no idea how it is realised in 2.3,,.

Actually coilgun is very deadly, as deadly as plasma sword but with RANGE. usually you do not need to carry more than 10 shots. Becouse one shot - one kill and there no more than 8 aliens to kill.

Its extremely usefull for reaction fire inside the UFO, Becouse on short ranges it's just pwns ;)

I even addicted to NEO sound :)

As I pld a misison, and was getting game crush, like three times in raw, and after I  finnaly decided run UFO in DBG I pld this mission 10 times! and not a single crush...
And only these sound effects surprices were kept my mood up :)

And when I equip soldiers they buttons scream like when these soldier die :)
Complied from Nov 17 :) may be I misscompile somehting I do not know, I just ./configure, make clean, make, make maps, make lang make pk3 and install...

I really enjoy the game, since the 1st UFO :) was spending days after days playing ufo1 and then ufo2 on my 486DX....

Now I have not so much time as used :(, and playing developing verison saves me, coz when I face a bug, I can take a break and do some things in real life :) haha.

I have posted on bugtracker the gdm output as in "contribute" were suggested.
