ok, I build latest tarball using new C:B Package.
msgctxt seems not to work still.

"C_("context","untranslatetext")" is not recognized accurately instead of "_untranslatetext" in *.ufo to be precise.

We updated the package not too long ago. When did you last download the C::B package (if that's what you're using, at least)?
Because I do not have the compilation environment.
Following Build is used.

If it introduces Build that uses it if this doesn't use New Gettext, it is glad.

I tried msgctxt.
It doesn't seem to work with UFOAI.
Perhaps, it is necessary to update gettext.

"P. Armour" -> independence aircraft armour(when equip aircraft) and item effect display (Armour)
"Heavy W." -> independence item weight... i checked that, now already independence, sorry :o

but, The independence of the following words is necessary in the addition.
menu_bases.ufo "Aircraft" to the "Hangar"

some *.ufos for correct translation - Please make it to the mark correctly (Became independent) if it was wrong
sentences.
Its independence is necessary for a correct Japanese translations.

I updated the file in latest *.pot.
and the size differences between trank and mine are due to the UFOpaedia entry of the untranslation.

New information was obtained about this bug.

This bug happens when the length of one line is long.
The error did not occur when putting a lot of EOL(\n) in line.

Therefore, this bug has happened because of possibility of the thing that the line wrapping doesn't work in 2-byte language.

Moreover, the display becomes interrupted in "show key binding" of option when the entire number of characters increases regardless of the length of line.

I encountered the Display error of Japanese sentence.
It is can't be displaying Japanese sentence.
(eg. The sentence is interrupted, The sentence is not displayed, An endless scroll bar appears, and the speed of the game decreases greatly.

It happens by mainly long sentences.
(eg. tip of the day, Outline of campaign, Key setting list, UFO Paedia...

i wish early solution because this bug is related to the progress of the translation.

i think it's problem of processing of the long msgstr or character-code.
and, it seems to make space to End-of-Line.

Perhaps, I found the cause of this problem !
It is an amount in the character buffer.
UFOAI seems that a buffer necessary to display a Japanese long sentence cannot be secured.
when the sentence that was not able to be displayed was changing to very short sentence, it was possible to display it.
