Every now and then after a civilian has been killed, his death animation loops over and over extremely slowly, like half a minute from standing to ground.
look at this gyu - now which one of you coded decapitation of civilians?

This was already reported. Could not find it on bugtracker right now, but pretty sure it is there.
It happens when civilians get killed out of sight from your soldiers.

I noticed this happens to aliens too, not just civilians. Much more fun =)

I too see this quite commonly, and I've also only noticed it on decapitated targets.
